Spock/Uhura Kink and Fic Meme

I see all these fic where Uhura can read him. How if he did this or that, it would appear cold to them but to her, convey all this emotion (like the slight tug of his lips, eyebrow furrow, etc). I'm sure getting to that point had to have been frustrating. I imagine him giving one word answers, not elaborating and things like that. I'd like to see a fic where she's having a hard time with the relationship thanks to this. A fluff ending is a must cause I'm a sap like that. Getting porn would be a bonus but not a requirement.
