Here is where you can request Spock/Uhura fic. All character versions are allowed (TOS Spock, AOS/nu! Spock, Spock Prime, Mirror Verse Spock and the same applies to Uhura). Requests can be kink or not, it doesn't really matter. You may request using your user name or post anonymously.

Illogical Bed Time

( Theres loads of spelling mistakes because my muse was eager to write this...)

"Mother, I do not requier sleep"
Uhura rubbed her temples as she sighed. Another night of trying to get her child into bed. She started early tonight to avoid the four hour debate of why her and Spock's five year old half-human and vulcan daughter have to go to sleep.
"Am'nessa, I refuse to have this discussion with you again" said Uhura with her hands on her hips, "now put your pajamas on"
"but mother I have proof of why I don't need to go to bed or to go to bed ever" said Am'nessa as she walked to the bathroom, " I did my research"
Uhura lifted an eyebrow. She'd have to admit, Am'nessa is deffinately their child with her determination and Spock's wit. "fine, you can present it to your father and I after your ready for bed"
"But I won't be going to bed so I don't need to get ready" said Am'nessa with a twitch of her mouth. Uhura gave her a look and Am'nessa's pointed eyebrows went up and she ran down the hall way.

As Am'nessa was getting ready, Uhura went to her own room. The door slid open to reveal her husband, sitting by the computer reading some reports. She walked over to him and touched his head, running her fingers through his raven hair, still not a grey strand in sight. She bent down and kissed his earlobe.
"Spock"
" Yes, Nyota?"
" Your daughter has another reason for not going to bed tonight"
Though her eyes where closed she felt his eyebrow rise.
" Thats why she wanted to use the computer" said Spock
" If you don't out-logic her this time, it's your fault" she muttered
" She does have a right to prepare her argument Nyota" he said, also closing his eyes to her petting.
" True, but I thought this was going to be easy like when we persuaded her out of geting a tribble as a pet" said Uhura
" We had help from McCoy" he said turning to her, " but none from Jim"
" He was encoraging it" said Uhura flatly, "giving her names... what did he tell her to name it?"
" Jeffery, Jeffrey the Tribble"
Uhura laughed and Spock smirked, remembering the pure excitement that Jim had when Am'nessa said she wanted a tribble.
" Mother! Father! I'm ready now!" yelled Am'nessa from the living room.

Spock sat in a armchair across from Uhura, who was sitting in a love seat and Am'nessa sitting on the floor under her mother. Uhura started to loosen her daughers long inky black hair from its high pony tail and started to brush it out.
" please preceed with your facts Am'nessa" said Spock
" Yes father" she said as her head softly pulled back from Uhura's brushing, " I do not need to go to bed because I am half vulcan and vulcan children do not need as much sleep as a human child. A human child needs 10 to 11 hours of sleep, when a vulcan child needs 4 to 3 hours"
Uhura stopped brushing and looked at Spock praying that he has a rebuttle that would debunk her opening statement. Spock nodded.
"Logical statement" he said
Am'nessa started to grin in delight.
"But it is flawed"
"What? But father I am Vulcan and that means I can go to bed as late as I want and still be able to function" wined Am'nessa
"Am'nessa, listen to your father" said Uhura
"The information was right I know it" she muttered in swahili
" My daughter the only way it is flawed is that you didn't put yourself in the equation" said Spock, " your are only one fourth Vulcan, with an intermix of both Human and Vulcan physiologies living on Earth.If my calculations are corect your sleeping patters should be of a Human child"
Am'nessa sighed, "Okay. I am sorry that I doubted you Mother, Father"
" It's okay" said Uhura pulling her into a hug, " we still love you" she squiwermed in Uhura's arms when she tickled her neck and pointed ears she inherited from her father. Am'nessa walked over to Spock and held out her small brown hands. He held them the way Vulcans would with the ones they loved and she smiled and fell into his arms. Spock gently wrapped his arms around her.
" Daddy, can ayou and mommy sing me to sleep?" she asked.
" Of course"
